Live Video Streaming of Track Nationals on Now

If you can't be there in person, then check out all the action at this year's US Track Cycling National Championships at ADT Velodrome right here.

Thanks to Chris for the heads up, and good luck to Chicago racers Val, Josh and Al! Photo by Eli Carrico.

The Champagne of SS Cross Frames...

Raleigh is doing a limited run of these great High Life inspired cross frames. They're calling them the "Hi-Life Cross" and they should be available for $725 for frame, fork, and headset.

Just like the beer, this is way better than the PBR edition bike that was making the rounds a couple months ago in my humble opinion...

COG 7 Out Soon

I can't really say enough good things about COG Magazine. Every issue is packed with interesting articles, brilliant photos and funny stories covering lots of different types of cycling from all over the world. It's essential reading, as far as I'm concerned. COG 7 will be available soon, check here for details.

Congrats to Team Pegasus!

Congratulations are in order for Team Pegasus members Katy, Cale, and Lyle, who rocked it at Cross Vegas last week.

Katy won the industry category for the 2nd year in a row!

Newest Team Pegasus member Lyle Hanson out in the Elite field racing with the best of the best. Look how happy he is to be in a Pegasus kit!

Leader 2010

Apparently, Leader bike is trying to get away from the "poor man's concept" corner of the market they secured on ebay and branch out and offer an affordable version every subset of track genre:

Fancy lugged steel frame - also steel pursuit frame in background (green)

Beefy aluminum sprint frame

Overbuilt and oddly gusseted steel trick frame

Standard Concept style aluminum frame

Sturmey-Archer Fixed 3 Speed

I got the chance to check out Sturmey-Archer's new 3-speed fixed drive train. Pretty cool stuff. Sheldon would definitely be into it. I think a lot of people would agree that it kind of takes away from the simplicity that makes riding fixed so enjoyable to begin with, but it definitely will make sense from some- especially those living in hilly terrain.

Naturally, they will come in all the standard anodized colors.

Shifting is controlled with a single lever that can be used as either a bar-end shifter (above) or as a downtube shifter (below as shown on a custom Retrotec).

Great Kuota display

What a cross bike should look like:

I LOL'd...

These guys kinda win at creative lube advertising:

Wow... just wow...

The 2010 Look track line is amazing. The new 596 is beyond words:

check out that top tube!

Knog Keyless Lock

Hey now you can be "that guy" but with your bicycle! Knog is making a keyless u-lock that is opened via electronic key chain button thingy.

No word as to whether or not it chirp-chirps...

Appropriate...

Velocity rolled out (harhar) a special edition B43 just for Vegas:

2010 Cinelli MASH Vigorelli

Doesn't look like much changed for '10 but the color. Still looks great though!

Cinelli at Interbike

Well, Cinelli is jumping into the street track scene with both feet:

Spoke cards sold separately...

Kona at Interbike 2009

Kona is expanding their "wagon" series to 3 models:

Not sure if folks will be beating down the door of their local dealer to drop $2600 on a Grand Wagon or not, but you never know!

Pegoretti at Interbike 2009

Dario Pegoretti's work never ceases to amaze me:

Great paint- birds on a wire

These chainstays we're bigger than most downtubes

Everybody's doin' it...

Pinarello is also jumping into the mid-range market:

While they no doubt look great, I still feel a little uneasy by seeing all these classic Italian brands making Taiwanese aluminum track bikes...

Now that's more like it!

Colnago at Interbike 2009

Some highlights from the Colnago booth:
