This is a bicycle safety lesson in comic book form, published by the Highway Safety Division of Virginia in 1972. Apparently, if you ride your bike like a maniac and then get into a wreck while playing chicken with another biker, the devil gives you a 20-speed demoncycle and you have some mad adventures.
