Hell yes!! It looks like the Velocity 2009 tour, presented by CycleHawk, will be the biggest yet, with plans to visit 8 cities! The dates for LA (April 19th), San Franciso (June 26th) and New York (July 25th) are set, while the dates for Chicago, Houston, Atlanta, Portland, and Toronto are TBA. If you live in any of these places, you MUST go to Velocity. It is, hands down, the single funnest day of track racing you can have, and is both a great introduction for beginners and a good day's racing for the experienced. Squid, you're a star. too bad there's no stop at major taylor, i guess the scene here is still fledgling by comparison. i'll try to make it up to chicago, never been to northbrook.

I hope it is at Kenosha - better track, less a-hole-ish attitude from the committee handling the track, and overall better venue. A bit remote, but the bus should be in effect, right?
Yes indeed. Cuttin Crew will be hosting the Chicago stop which will be in Kenosha and the Cruiser will be in full effect.
VeloCity is a great First Day Racing At The Track. I highly encourage neophytes (aka n00bs) to take the opportunity and get out there!
