Keirin Berlin Are Famous in Russia

Here's a video from Russian TV about the recent crackdown on brakeless track bikes in Berlin. At least, I think that's what it's about. My literary Russian is excellent, but my spoken Russian is a little rusty. Mort from Keirin Berlin is featured, but, again, I have no idea what he's saying. Probably something like "Yes, track bikes are great and Hipster Nascar is the best blog in the world, ever." Can't argue with the man there...
