Just saw this over on Dispatch101, a new documentary about bicycle couriers called Career Courier. It focuses on the lives of a couple of well know, long in the game couriers, James Adamson from Portland and Kevin "Squid" Bolger from NYC (the man behind CycleHawk and VeloCity). It promises to be a great film, check out the site here.
