The 2009 Paddy's Day Massacre alleycat in Dublin is coming up. One of these days, I'll actually get to ride a race at home. It won't be for a while, but it will happen, along with a trip out to the "velodrome" on Sundrive Road, and my more regular Dublin pastimes like a Bohs game at Dayler, a rasher sandwich with my Dad, and a pint of Guinness in the Globe... and one in Hogans, one in the Stag's Head, and in the Long Hall, and another in... etc. Anyway, more details of the annual Paddy's Day extravaganza over at Dublin Messengers.

Hey Simon! Graham from Dublin here, thanks as always for the link... just thought I'd let you know that they are actually in the process of resurfacing the 'velodrome' :) so it may actually be a velodrome by May! I've been waiting over 10 years for this... can't wait to see the results...
Graham, that sounds class! Really looking forward to seeing that and actually doing a bit of racing at home.
