Pegasus teammate and graphic designer extraordinaire Katy Steudel made some custom wheel decals for the new track season. They look great, Katy! If you're interested in having your own custom decals made, get in touch with her via her blog.

3TxCam Meyer "The Sphinx" track bars

Garmin-Transitions rider Cam Meyer will be riding these points race-specific bars that 3T designed for him at track world championships. They are designed specifically to allow the flat-forearm position often used during points races.

They look pretty wonky to me, but I'm sure they ride well.

Thanks for the heads up Cale!

I spy...

I see a couple people with waaaay more discipline than I have made it out to the Rapha Gentleman's Ride last Sunday.

Bravo gentlemen!

Seen on the Rapha blog

I've got a lot to debrief about the show, but I'll save that for next week. I'm still recovering from everything. In short though, it was amazing!

Cale is a guy who definitely knows how to get the best out of bikes all year long. Check out some ridiculous snow bike antics on his season review over on the Team Pegasus page.

RITTE VAN VLAANDEREN

So I don't know about you guys, but Team Ritte is quickly becoming one of my favorite non-Pegasus teams out there. They've nailed it with their slogan "Serious racers who don't take themselves so seriously.". I'm sure you've all seen some of the photos that have been floating around out there- they're so good!

Well they just posted some behind-the-scenes pictures and video from their most recent photo shoot:

Check it out!

Great photo by Chris of Matt waving the Pegasus flag at a cross race this weekend. Check out his flickr for more photos of Pegasus cross action, and photos of other teams, 'cos we don't discriminate.

Team Pegasus on Urban Velo

Sean from Team Pegasus (and the star of Tracko's old splash page, riding a bowl on his disk wheeled Concept for a laugh) appears on the Urban Velo page right now, killing it up at the track. Brad was in town covering the Team Beer'd Ghetto Cross race, and found the time to head up to Northbrook and take some photos of the action. Check it out here.

Northbrook Track Photos

Here are some great photos, by Ed White and Gavin Gould, of the early season racing at Ed Rudolph Velodrome in Northbrook, IL. It sounds like the season is going well, with lots of strong racing and some standout performances. I can't wait to get back to the track!

NAHBS 2009 Photos

Okay, so, every other bike blogger in the world was at the North American Handmade Bike Show in Indiana this weekend, and a lot of them were liveblogging and posting up photos as the show was happening, so I really have nothing to add. I might as well pack it in, frankly. In the meantime, I highly recommend checking out Urban Velo's coverage, because it looks like they had a whole photo studio set up and they got some great shots of the bikes. Here are a couple of their photos, highlighting the work of NAHBS founder and master builder Don Walker, and featuring my teammate Michelle Dykstra's new Walker track bike. Sweet bike, Michelle!
