Brakeless NYC 1960

"Pair of cyclists weaving through traffic on a crowded New York City street along 5th Ave. New York, NY, US. 1960. Photo by Leonard Mccombe. Life Magazine." This has been up on Straightchain for a while, and MilanoFixed and Tracko already covered it, but it's such a great photo that I had to put it up. I love it.

ha, superb! i found this photograph floating around on the net, but i wasn't able to find it's true source in Google:LIFE. i had punched in a ton of search-words, to be able to provide a resource-link, but nothing came up.
Thanks, for finding it out! I didn't even know, that the image I had initially posted was so badly cropped. I edited my initial posting, and gave credit to your data-mining. Thanks a lot!

its a cool picture, its funny how douchey guys still existed back in the 60's. Yhat guy with the bad, ill fitting suit. I thought everyone dressed like Thom Browne in the sixties?
